Trust & Estate Administration

Practice Description

It is never easy when a loved one passes, and it can be worse if there are issues with estate assets left behind. We provide complete support and guidance for families and fiduciaries working through the daunting task of administering trusts and probating estates. This includes assisting trustees and advising personal representatives, allowing families to move forward with estate matters resolved.

Additionally, we assist families in non-probate estate administration cases, including "claiming successors" in small estate settlement proceedings. We also provide guidance to clients who must serve as guardians or conservators for loved ones who are unable to manage for themselves.

Every detail is handled with integrity and professionalism. Whether representing individuals with incapacitated family members or representing a bank or trust company appointed as conservator for a protected person, we prepare and file all required pleadings, notices, and annual accountings, including guardian's and conservator’s reports.
