Matt’s practice includes business administration, formation, and governance. He is also experienced with commercial property leasing and business transactions. He tailors legal solutions to meet client’s unique needs; whether they be business growth, winding up, or estate planning and succession.
Personal
Hiking and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer is one of Matt’s favorite free time activities. He has a goal of visiting all the National Parks in US. With 63 parks and as well as another 360 battlefields, military parks, historical sites, memorials, preserves, recreational areas, and trails, he will be putting a lot of miles on his hiking boots for sure. Matt has a green thumb and enjoys growing heirloom organic tomatoes. He is also quite the baker and has already treated the office to his sweet creations.
