Jeff Ellsworth

Areas of Practice

Jeff’s practice includes business and corporate law, estate planning, estate administration, and real estate transactions. Jeff advises clients on how best to structure and internally operate limited liability companies, partnerships, and corporations, and works with businesses and individuals to handle matters involving buying and selling businesses and real estate. He also prepares comprehensive estate plans for individuals and assists clients with estate administration.

Personal

Jeff is a born and raised Oregonian. He and his wife Angie spend most of their free time with their son attending sporting events and concerts. Jeff is a past president of his local Rotary and served as the Vice-President of his local youth baseball league for seven years.
