Estate & Trust Administration

Practice Description

It's never easy when a loved one passes. And it can be worse if there are issues or disputes with the estate left behind. We provide complete support and guidance through the daunting task of administering estates. This includes assisting the Personal Representative with settling the estate, distributing assets, and working through the probate process if necessary.

In addition, we assist individuals in non-probate estate administration cases, as well as "claiming successors" in less formal small estate settlement proceedings. We also provide guidance to clients who must serve as guardians for loved ones who are unable to manage for themselves.

Every detail is handled with integrity and professionalism. Whether representing individuals with incapacitated family members or representing a bank or trust company appointed as conservator for the protected person, we prepare and file all required court documents, notices, annual accountings, guardian's reports, and other documents required.
